摘  要：近年来，我国在新农村建设的环境背景下农业经济管理所面临的形势和环境发生了巨大的变化，农业经济管理主要就是农业生产流程中的生产经济管理、交换经济管理、分配经济管理、消费经济管理等，利用计划性、组织性、目的性、协调性的方式进行经济的管控，最终达到预期的目标。但是目前在新农村建设的背景下还存在很多农业经济管理的问题，不能确保各项管理工作的质量和水平。基于此，该文研究新农村建设过程中农业经济管理意义，并提出几点建议措施，旨在为提高管理工作的水平、质量提供帮助。

Research on Agricultural Economic Management Countermeasures under the Background of

New Rural Construction

Abstract： In recent years， under the environmental background of new rural construction， the situation and environment faced by agricultural economic management have undergone great changes. Agricultural economic management mainly refers to the management of production economy， exchange economy， distribution economy and consumption economy in the process of agricultural production， to manage and control the economy in a planned， organized， purposeful and coordinated way， and finally to achieve the desired goal. However， there are still many problems in agricultural economic management under the background of new rural construction， which can not ensure the quality and level of various management work. Based on this， this paper studies the significance of agricultural economic management in the process of new rural construction， and puts forward some suggestions to improve the level and quality of management.

农业经济管理的工作中应结合新农村建设的特点、需求等，不断完善其中的管理体系，形成正确的环保观念意识，积极引进现代化新型的技术和方法，发挥不同技术、不同措施在新农村建设过程中的农业经济管理价值和作用，预防出现问题，促使农村区域的经济进步。

1  新农村建设分析

新农村建设主要就是在社会主义制度环境中结合新时期的要求，从农村地区的经济层面、政治层面、文化层面、社会层面等强化建设力度，提升经济的发展水平、健全和完善不同农村地区的基础设施、改善政治环境与景观环境，最终达到建设社会主义新农村的良好目的。在此过程中，经济管理、经济建设属于最为重要的部分，只有不断增强农村地区的经济发展能力、经济进步水平、经济效益提升实力，才能切实改善发展环境，提高整体的农村进步水平。……
