摘 要 文化自信战略下，国家越来越重视传统文化的传承与发展，结合数字化时代背景，传统文化资源数字化建设与传播成为传承和发展传统文化的时代使命。论文以湖南省36所本科院校图书馆为样本，从建设数量、类型、内容、质量、标准、推广宣传、后期管理等七个方面对其传统文化数字资源建设进行调查与分析，并根据其取得的成效与不足对湖南省高校图书馆未来的传统文化数字资源建设提出相应的建议。

A Survey of the Current Situation of the Construction of Traditional Cultural Digital Resources in University Libraries of Hunan Province From the Perspective of Cultural Self-confidence

Abstract Under the strategy of cultural self-confidence， the country pays more and more attention to the inheritance and development of traditional culture. Combined with the background of the digital era， the digital construction and dissemination of traditional cultural resources has become the era mission of inheriting and developing traditional culture. Taking the libraries of 36 universities in Hunan Province as samples， this paper investigates and analyzes the construction of traditional culture digital resources from seven aspects： quantity， type， content， quality， standard， promotion and later management， and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the future construction of traditional culture digital resources of university libraries in Hunan Province according to the achievements and shortcomings.

子曰：“夷狄之有君，不如诸夏之亡也。”孔子通过与“夷狄”的比较，阐述了“礼乐”对于一个国家的重要性，其内涵在于强调了一个没有文化支撑的国家，就像房屋没有顶梁柱，经不起风雨，迟早要坍塌。因此，在当今时代，衡量一个国家实力的时候，既要看到其经济、军事等硬实力，也要看到其文化、精神等软实力。从历史尺度看，文化是最重要的，这也是传统文化的传承与发展越来越受重视、“文化自信”作为国家战略被反复提及的意义所在。许多学者对“文化自信”进行了研究，如何树立文化自信成为当下的研究热点和难点，学者们普遍认为在当今社会，宏扬和传承传统文化是树立和发展文化自信的基础。随着时代的进步和数字技术的发展，将传统文化通过数字化的方式展示在人民面前成为弘扬和发展中华优秀传统文化的必经之路，传统文化资源的数字化建设成为研究传统文化的新课题。……
