摘 要 开展知识产权信息服务是当前高校图书馆业务转型和发展的重点方向之一。论文主要采用内容分析法，对2019年和2020年遴选出的60所高校国家知识产权信息服务中心门户网站内容及服务模式进行解读，得出以下结论：高校知识产权信息服务内容发布主体主要源自高校图书馆;不同高校知识产权信息服务内容存在较大差异，高校对知识产权的重视程度和服务内容深度是影响服务模式的主要因素;服务模式制定与实施的最大特点是以高校自身优势为中心，保障和提高知识产权服务水平;加强信息服务中心门户网站之间横向的合作与交流是避免信息资源浪费最显著效果之一。

Content Construction and Service Mode Interpretation of Portal Website of National Intellectual Property Information Service Center in Colleges and Universities

Abstract Carrying out intellectual property information service is one of the key directions for the business transformation and development of university libraries. This paper mainly adopts content analysis method to interpret the contents and service modes of the portal websites of the national intellectual property information service centers of 60 universities selected in 2019 and 2020， and draws the following conclusions： the main body of publishing the content of intellectual property information service in colleges and universities mainly comes from the libraries of colleges and universities; there are great differences in the content of intellectual property information service in different colleges and universities， colleges and universities attach importance to intellectual property rights and the depth of service content are the main factors that affect the service mode; the biggest feature of the formulation and implementation of service mode is that colleges and universities take their own advantages as the center， safeguard and improve the level of intellectual property services; strengthening horizontal cooperation and communication between portal websites of information service centers is one of the most significant effects to avoid waste of information resources.

0 引言

随着国家对高校知识产权的逐渐重视，高校知识产权信息服务迎来了发展中的良好契机。作为主要挂靠单位，高校图书馆门户网站在提升知识产权服务水平方面发挥了重要作用。2019年和2020年通过自主申报、择优遴选，先后有60所高校图书馆获批国家知识产权信息服务中心资質，这标志着我国高校知识产权信息服务工作从无序化、零散化开始步入系统化、规范化发展阶段。本文以获批的60所高校国家知识产权信息服务中心门户网站内容建设、服务模式为例，采用内容分析法为研究方法，对其公布的知识产权相关信息服务进行全面梳理和解读，以期为进一步完善和发展高校知识产权信息服务提供理论支持与实践指导。……
