[摘 要]  應用型大学教学改革研究项目是实现高素质应用型人才培养的重要途径，是教学学术发展的重要载体。以U大学为例，探索了U大学在教改项目管理中体现教学学术性、系统性、反思性、交流性、专业性、实践性和应用性特征的管理实践。在此基础上，分析了应用型大学教改项目管理中的不足，提出增强教学学术观念、加强研究成果推广与应用、强化项目过程管理和完善评审信息反馈机制等建议。

Taking U University as an example

Abstract：  The research project of teaching reform in application-oriented universities is an important way to realize the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents and an important path for the development of scholarship of teaching and learning. Taking U University as an example， this paper explores the management practice of the University in teaching reform project management， which embodies the characteristics of being academic in teaching， systematic， reflective， communicative， professional， practical and applied. Furtherly， the shortcomings of teaching reform project management are proposed and some suggestions are put forward including strengthening the concept of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning， strengthening the promotion and application of research achievements， strengthening the process management and improving the evaluation information feedback mechanism.

教学改革研究是深化应用型大学教育教学改革，不断提高人才培养质量的关键环节，是实现应用型大学高质量发展的重要途径。教学改革研究项目（以下简称“教改项目”）是促进教师教学学术发展的重要载体和抓手，教改项目的管理质量直接决定了教改项目的研究质量，因此，教改项目的管理创新显得尤为重要。本文以U大学为例，探讨教改项目管理中如何体现教学学术的内涵与特征。

1 应用型大学教学学术特征与教改项目管理

赋能老师是指帮助老师掌握教学改革教学模式的原理和方法，从而在教学实践中能够通过研究学生学习问题来改进教学，这种研究被称为大学教学学术 [1]。教学学术的本质是研究，是教师对教学的研究，而不是教学本身，是发现教学实践中的问题—研究问题—解决问题，达到通过研究改进教学，提升教学质量的目标。……
