摘要：泰国涉华研究智库是泰国涉华政策决策的重要参与者，是泰国社会舆论中中国问题的意见领袖，同时也在中泰两国政策沟通和民心相通等方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而长期以来，中国对泰国涉华研究智库发展历史和现状的了解较为有限，最终成为中泰两国建设高质量智库合作的障碍。本文通过文献分析、观察和访谈调研等研究方法，以历史发展阶段为主线，对泰国涉华研究智库的类型、特点和功能进行梳理和总结，结合泰国涉华研究智库受西方话语权影响明显、科研经费和渠道来源有限及缺乏中国更大程度的支持和高素质研究人员等特点，对中国未来与泰国涉华研究智库开展合作提出若干建议。

A Study of Development of Thailand's China-Related Research Think Tank

Abstract： Thailand's China-related think tank is an important participant in Thailand's China-related policy decisions and an opinion leader on China issues in the Thai public opinion. At the same time， it plays an increasingly important role in policy communication and people-to-people bond between China and Thailand. However， for a long time， China's limited understanding of the development and current situation of this respect has ultimately become an obstacle to the cooperation between China and Thailand in building high-quality think tanks.Through literature analysis， observation and interview and other research methods， the study takes the historical development as the main line，and sorts out and summarizes the types， characteristics and functions of Thai think tanks related to China. It puts forward some suggestions on the future cooperation between China and Thailand's China-related think tanks based on Thailand's China-related think tanks that are obviously influenced by western discourse， limited research funding， and lack of China's greater support and high-quality researchers.

當前，中国提出的“一带一路”倡议获得国际上的广泛共鸣和积极参与，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）签署并成为全球最大的经贸市场，中国成为东盟多国最大贸易伙伴，中国在东南亚地区的影响力大幅度提升，中国研究也成为东南亚各国智库关注的焦点。同一时期，泰国涉华研究智库对中国各领域的研究大幅度增加，中泰两国智库机构间的合作也不断升温，成为泰国政府和社会各界了解中国发展成果、政治理念和社会现状的重要渠道。

然而，无论是西方智库机构还是中国学术界对泰国涉华研究智库的关注都较少，缺乏对泰国涉华研究智库的系统性调研。……
