摘  要：目的 研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的应用价值。方法 研究起止时间为2020年5月至2021年5月，研究对象为院内接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者80例，以随机数字法分组，对患者使用不同的药物治疗方案，观察组为氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片，对照组为硝苯地平控释片，对比两组治疗效果、降压效果。结果 统计数据显示，观察组内患者经治疗后整体治疗效果显著优于对照组，数据间差异具备统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片在高血压合并冠心病治疗中的运用可以将患者的血压控制在安全范围内，有助于其冠心病症状的改善，综合应用效果显著。

Abstract： Objective To study the application value of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods from May 2020 to may 2021， 80 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets， and the control group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets. Results the statistical data showed that the overall treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group， and the difference between the data was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease can control the blood pressure of patients in a safe range， help to improve the symptoms of coronary heart disease， the comprehensive application effect is significant.

高血壓作为慢性疾病的一种，以往常见于老年人群，随着人们生活方式的大幅改变，高血压逐渐年轻化。高血压是冠心病的重要危险因素，多见高血压患者合并冠心病，针对此类患者，其并发心绞痛、心肌梗死等心血管疾病的概率较高，生命安全受到威胁，姑必须重视高血压合并冠心病的治疗[1～2]。本文以此为研究目标，报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究起止时间为2020年5月至2021年5月，研究对象为院内接受治疗的高血压合并冠心病患者80例，以随机数字法分组，对患者使用不同的药物治疗方案，观察组为氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片，对照组为硝苯地平控释片。观察组内男性22例、女性18例，年龄分布在42到78岁间，平均值为（62.31±4.22）岁;对照组内男女各20例，年龄分布在43到77岁间，平均值为（62.17±3.86）岁，数据间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。……
