摘要：目的：探讨六步标准沟通流程在老年肺癌患者护理沟通中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年3月到2021年3月收治的老年肺癌患者60例进行研究，分为观察组（30例）和对照组（30例），分别给予常规护理和六步标准沟通流程护理。比较两种护理方式对老年肺癌患者的价值。结果：观察组的护理成果優于对照组，2组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：六步标准沟通流程护理应用于老年肺癌患者，能让患者对护理人员沟通能力的认可程度得到提升，同时还能尽可能的缓解患者的心理痛苦，值得推行运用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of six step standard communication process in nursing communication of elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods：60 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups60cases in the control group were given routine nursing， 30 cases in the observation group were given six step standard communication process nursing. Objective to compare the value of two nursing methods for elderly patients with lung cancer. Results： the nursing achievement of the observation group was better than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of six step standard communication process nursing in elderly patients with lung cancer can improve the patients' recognition of nursing staff's communication ability， and alleviate the patients' psychological pain as much as possible， which is worthy of promotion and application.

随着我国人口老龄化现象的不断加剧，老年肺癌的患病人数在逐年升高，且其发病率和死亡率在老年人恶性肿瘤疾病中占据首位[1-2]。本研究针对目前临床的现状，比较和分析给予老年肺癌患者六步标准沟通流程护理的运用成果，详细见以下报道：

1.资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2020年3月到2021年3月收治的老年肺癌患者60例作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。其中，观察组患者男16例，女14例，年龄54～84岁;对照组患者男17例，女13例，年龄57～80岁。对两组患者一般资料分析后显示无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2护理方法

对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予六步标准沟通流程护理：一看。护理人员要第一次接触患者时，要面带微笑，调整称谓，通过日常的寒暄来洞悉患者的心态。二引。护理人员带领患者参观病房，并给患者介绍日常设施的使用方法还有护士站的位置等。……
