摘要：在高等教育体系中，图书馆是学校师生获取知识的重要途径之一，因此高校应该充分重视图书馆的信息服务品质。特别是在当前大数据时代背景下，高校图书馆也应该充分立足于现代信息技术，实现个性化信息服务体系的创新建设。该文先阐述了高校图书馆个性化信息服务建设的重要意义，在明确信息服务体系开展现状的基础上，最后从强化图书馆数据库建设水平、提供多元化的信息服务内容、积极创新图书馆管理方式、不断完善信息安全保护体系等四个方面，探讨了图书馆个性化信息服务的开展策略。

Abstract： In the Higher Education System， the library is one of the important ways for teachers and students to acquire knowledge. Especially in the current big data era， university libraries should also be fully based on modern information technology， to achieve the innovative construction of personalized information service system. This paper first expounds the important significance of the construction of personalized information service in university library， and on the basis of clarifying the present situation of the development of information service system， finally， from four aspects such as strengthening the level of database construction， providing diversified information service contents， actively innovating the management mode of the library， and constantly perfecting the Information Security Protection System， this paper probes into the developing tactics of the individualized information service of the library.

當前我国已经全面进入了大数据时代背景，使得高校教育体系也受到了非常显著的影响，涌入了较多现代信息技术元素，使得很多教育模块都实现了较好创新。特别是在图书馆服务领域中，大数据技术的应用使得图书馆信息服务变得更加主动[1]，可以面向各个师生提供个性化信息服务，显著提升了图书馆的信息服务效率。但是需要注意的是，当前我国部分高校图书馆开展的个性化信息服务还存在一定的欠缺，无法真正满足师生群体的个性化需求。这里也结合高校图书馆在大数据环境中的实际发展现状，全面探索个性化信息服务开展的有效方式[2]。
