摘  要：数据平台为高职院校人才培养诊改工作提供重要支撑。全国“高职数据中心”是目前高等职业教育领域数据资源最丰富的综合管理平台，高职院校有效利用其数据资源分析改进人才培养工作还有明显不足，故应加大对该平台应用的宣传培训力度，充分利用其提供的多维度参照数据，通过大数据的纵向和横向比较分析，对院校人才培养工作进行更有效的诊改。

Research on Data Resource Analysis and Application of the National “Higher Vocational Education Data Center”

Abstract：The data platform provides important support for the talent training diagnosis and reform in higher vocational colleges. The national “higher vocational education data center” is the comprehensive management platform with the most abundant data resources in the field of higher vocational education at present，there are still obvious deficiencies for higher vocational colleges in making effective use of its data resources to analyze and improve of talent training. Therefore，we should strengthen the publicity and training of the application of the platform，make full use of the multi-dimensional reference data provided by it，and carry out more effective diagnosis and reform on the talent training of colleges through the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis of big data.

0  引  言

2008年起，为了适应高职院校人才培养工作评估需要，把影响人才培养质量的关键要素量化，构建了人才培养工作状态数据（以下简称“状态数据”）指标体系，并利用高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台（后升级为高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集与管理系统，以下简称“数据采集平台”）进行信息化采集分析工作，推动高职院校人才培养工作跨入了一个崭新的阶段。特别是2013年起，教育部依托高职院校上传的“状态数据”，建立了全国高职数据中心（以下简称“数据中心”），实现了全国高职院校“状态数据”的互联互通。目前，“数据中心”汇聚了全国1 300（仅包括全国上报“状态数据”的高职院校数量）多所高职院校2012年（“数据中心”目前虽无法查询2012年院校的详细“状态数据”，但从生成的历史数据曲线图中可看到2012年的相关数据）以来上传的数十亿条人才培养……
