摘  要：所谓泛在学习，是一种摆脱局限的理念，在现今的网络时代背景下，泛在学习理念的融合，更是帮助教师与学生双方摆脱压力，加快教学效率，达成教学目标的有利途径。社区教育是针对某一特定群体所开展的教育形式，其主要目的是提升社区群众的整体素质，推动社会进步。本文将对泛在学习理念下的社区教育资源进行探索开发，能让更多人在社区教育中快速、便捷地找到合适的学习资源，更好地促进自身的学习发展，提高国民素质，并以此推动社区教学改革。

Abstract： The so-called ubiquitous learning is an idea to get rid of limitations. Under the background of today's network era， the integration of ubiquitous learning ideas is a favorable way to help teachers and students get rid of pressure， speed up teaching efficiency and achieve teaching objectives. Community education is a form of education for a specific group. Its main purpose is to improve the overall quality of community people and promote social progress. This paper will explore and develop the community education resources under the ubiquitous learning concept， which can enable more people to quickly and conveniently find appropriate learning resources in community education， better promote their own learning development， improve national quality， and promote community teaching reform.

泛在学习是一种渗透生活、摆脱时间与空间等局限的拓展性学习理念，将这样的理念渗透进教学过程中，能够营造更加开放性的学习环境，特别是在信息时代，泛在学习理念能够进一步激发学生的学习热情，特别是对于社区教育，有利于推动社会的发展和全民素质的提高。而对于泛在学习环境下的社区教育资源开发就显得尤为重要。

1  泛在学习概念

所谓泛在学习，英文译作U-Learning，也可称作无缝学习，是一种无处不在的学习方式，目标是每时每刻都要针对知识达成沟通，在任何地方、任何时间都能学习，都能获取信息，这是与当今时代背景相符合的学习理念，在信息时代下，网络环境能够为泛在学习提供条件，而泛在学习环境的建立能够确保学生的学习效率更高，在任何地点、任何时间都能学习，都能展开知识讨论，进而得到更理想的学习成果。……
