【摘    要】新时代背景下，我国现阶段需要将劳动教育贯穿于人才教学和培育的全过程，因此，需要重视中学劳动教育改革。而这也是我国面临着较低生育率、逐渐升高的人口老龄化现状做出的教育改革应对措施。要求我国中学教育深刻把握劳动教育的价值，并让学生在劳动实践和职业体验中逐步培育和养成其实践能力，促进学生的德智体美劳全面发展。

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era， at this stage in our country， labor education needs to run through the entire process of talent teaching and cultivation. Therefore， it is necessary to pay attention to the reform of labor education in middle schools. This is also a response to education reforms that my country is facing with a low fertility rate and a gradual increase in population aging. my countrys high school education is required to deeply grasp the value of labor education， and allow students to gradually cultivate and develop their practical ability in labor practice and professional experience， and promote the comprehensive development of students' morality， intelligence， physical ， aesthetics and labor.

一、新时代中学劳动教育蕴含的价值意义

其一，促进当代中学德育更加丰满，从而有效促进学生全面协调发展。在职业体验和劳动实践活动中，我们看到的不仅仅是一个个学生，更是祖国的未来，这些更加鲜活的师生交互、认知与实际的交互，都会丰富学生的专业知识，引导学生深入掌握技能，让他们思考学习的理论知识与具体工作实践之间的联系与差异，体验劳动，逐渐培养学生热爱劳动、主动劳动、服务他人、服务社会的情怀。也能帮助学生磨砺自身意志，使学生发现、发展、弘扬自身的个性特长，也能使当代高中德育更加丰满、更加生机勃勃，推动学生德智体美劳全面发展。

其二，帮助学生形成正确人生观和劳动观。传统的中学教学模式具有封闭、规范且严格的特征，不太能满足这个阶段学生发展的个性化和多元化的需求，同时更多学生逐渐难以理解辛勤劳动的意义，形成了不劳而获的错误观念。……
