【摘    要】在小学英语教学中，教师的主要目标在于培养学生英语基础能力，强化学生综合素养及学习能力，让学生积累更多的英语基础知识。在以名师工作室为依托的背景环境下，小学英语教学方式不断拓展，本文将通过以名师工作室为依托促进完善英语教学模式、拓展英语教学内容、组织英语实践活动、促进反思与总结五个探究方向，对以名师工作室为依托主力小学英语教学工作的具体实施方案进行分析。

【Abstract】In primary school English teaching， the main goal of teachers is to cultivate students' basic English ability， strengthen students' comprehensive literacy and learning ability， and allow students to accumulate more basic English knowledge. Under the background environment based on the famous teacher's studio， the primary school English teaching methods continue to expand. This article will rely on the famous teacher's studio to promote the improvement of English teaching mode， expand English teaching content， organize English practice activities， promote reflection and summary The direction of inquiry is to analyze the specific implementation plan of the main primary school English teaching work based on the famous teacher studio.

創设名师工作室的主要目的在于加强教师的专业能力，充分发挥名师的综合水平与专业素养，使名师以工作室的形式对教学方式、教学内容以及教学理念不断更新及拓展。依托名师工作室进行教学一方面可以强化教学效率与教学质量，另一方面可以有效提升教师的综合素质水平，是当前阶段教学体系中十分科学、高效的教学模式。

一、以名师工作室为依托促进完善英语教学模式

小学英语教学属于英语启蒙阶段，学生吸收理解能力、教师的教学方法与教学内容等均是影响英语教学效果的基础元素。很多小学英语教学成效不理想的主要成因在于教学模式比较老旧，这是影响小学英教学效果的重要因素。为了提升小学英语教学效果，强化学生的理解能力与吸收能力，英语教师可以依托名师工作室作为基础，以发展学生综合素养为目标，对学生展开综合性教学活动，使学生在完善的学习体系中提升英语学习兴趣、强化英语学习效果。……
