【摘    要】当前素质教育要求促进学生德智体美劳多方面共同发展，以往被忽视的美术教学也有可能纳入中考之中，足以见得国家对于培养全面发展的人才的决心。学习美术能够培养学生的审美能力与情趣，让学生感到世界的美好。同时，学生创作美术作品也是一种情感宣泄的途径，可以减轻学生的心理压力，也能够有效地培养学生的创造力。初中阶段的学生独立意识十分强烈，要想保证美术教学效果，教师需要积极开展师生合作学习，为学生全面发展提供动力。

The Strategies of Developing Teacher-Student Cooperation Learning in Junior High School Art Teaching

【Abstract】The current quality education requires the promotion of the common development of students' morality， intelligence， physical， art and labor. Art teaching that has been neglected in the past may also be included in the high school entrance examination， which is enough to show the country's determination to cultivate talents with comprehensive development. Studying fine arts can cultivate students' aesthetic ability and interest， and make students feel the beauty of the world. At the same time， the creation of art works by students is also a way of emotional catharsis， which can reduce the psychological pressure of students and can effectively cultivate students' creativity. Junior high school students have a strong sense of independence. To ensure the effect of art teaching， teachers need to actively carry out teacher-student cooperation learning to provide motivation for students' all-round development.

美术就是需要教师积极参与的学科，教师需要教授学生有关美术的技巧，引导学生实践，因此，初中美术教师在进行美术教学时需要利用师生合作学习的方式进行教学，让学生与教师可以更好地合作，这样教学在提升学生美术能力的同时也满足了初中生独立意识的心理需求。基于此，本文将主要研究初中美术教学中开展师生合作学习的有效策略。

一、科学分组，营造自由的美术氛围

师生合作学习从本质上是以学生为主体，教师发挥引導作用的教学方法，部分教师在坚持以学生为主体的教学原则进行教学时很容易出现一种教学误区，过度脱离学生，但是对于一些技术性的教学内容，若是教师过度“放手”，是难以保证教学效果的，此时就需要初中美术教师选择一些更加温和有效的教学方法进行教学，其中通过加强师生合作学习的方式进行教学是很有效的方法之一。……
