【摘    要】随着现代社会科学技术的不断发展，教育越来越受到重视。数学作为学生教育道路上的重要学科之一，可以培养学生的数学思维和核心素养。本文根据我国小学数学核心素养培养的现状，简述了小学数学核心素养培养的意义，并提出了培养小学数学核心素养的有效途径，以进一步促进小学数学教育的长远发展。

A Brief Analysis on the Status Quo and Strategies of Cultivating Primary School Mathematics Core Quality

【Abstract】With the continuous development of modern social science and technology， education has received more and more attention. Mathematics， as one of the important subjects in the education of students， can cultivate students' mathematical thinking and core literacy. Based on the status quo of primary school mathematics core literacy training in my country， this article briefly describes the significance of primary school mathematics core literacy training， and proposes effective ways to cultivate primary school mathematics core literacy to further promote the long-term development of primary school mathematics education.

目前，很多學生在小学到初中的过渡阶段感到学习压力大，对数学的兴趣不高。针对这种情况，教师必须尽早开始帮助学生在小学数学教学过程中打下扎实的数学基础，引导学生了解数学学习方法，让每个学生对数学学习有一定的自我认识，使学生找到自己独特的数学学习方法。只有这样，当学生进入初中数学学习时才能自由应对，促进学生长远的数学学习，为他们的未来发展奠定基础。

一、小学数学核心素养的培养现状

核心素养培育，其目的是培养全面发展的学生，摒弃传统只重视成绩而忽略学生整体素质发展的现状。自核心素养观念提出以来，根据相关部门统计，目前核心理念的实施效果没有明显起色，追其原因，是由于教师自身的素养不足，学校依旧重视文化成绩，全面发展的理念并未深刻地渗透到教学中。核心素养的培育要从小抓起，因此小学核心素养培育就变成了重中之重，但是现阶段文化课成绩依然还是衡量学生的重要指标，部分数学教师未重视学生素养的发展培育，未深入挖掘学生的潜质，注理论、轻实践。……
