【摘  要】在当前时代背景下，我国教育主管部门为了响应政府部门的号召，顺应时代发展潮流，在高中劳动教育中有效开展劳动教育课程就显得尤为必要。针对这一情况，此次研究主要就高中劳动教育策略做了简要的分析，目的在于进一步提升高中学校劳动教育的质量，确保学生的劳动意识以及能力能够得到全面的提升。

On The Strategy Of Labor Education In Senior High School

【Abstract】In the context of the current era， in order to respond to the call of government departments and conform to the development trend of the times， the effective development of labor education courses in senior high school labor education appears to be particularly necessary for the education authorities of our country. In response to this situation， this study mainly made a brief analysis of senior high school labor education strategies， with the purpose of further improving the quality of senior high school labor education and ensuring that students' labor awareness and ability can be comprehensively improved.

一、高中学校劳动教育需要遵循的原则

现阶段，我国诸多教育研究学者及教师纷纷投入高中劳动教育研究中，在此过程中，高中教师必须要严格遵循一些教育教学原则。具体而言，第一，需要遵循以劳动观教育为核心的原则，高中劳动课程教师需要明确对学生进行劳动教育并不是简单地让学生进行体育锻炼以及让学生进行技能训练，而是要为学生创设出具体的劳动知识学习环境，让学生在具体的劳动过程中树立较强的劳动意识，形成“以劳动为荣，以懒惰为耻”的价值观，让学生深度探究马克思主义劳动观念的核心含义。第二，需要遵循以劳动体验为基础的原则，高中劳动课程教师需要不断强化学生劳动学习体验感，要重视学生的劳动能力实践训练，让学生通过亲身实践感悟劳动的重要性，训练学生的劳动意识以及艰苦奋斗意识。第三，需要遵循以时代发展为方向的原则，高中劳动课程教师需要明确社会主义核心价值观的核心含义，并结合社会主义核心价值观进行教学目标以及教学内容的调整，确保劳动教育的与时俱进，突出创造性。……
