【摘  要】在小学道德与法治教育中，课外教育资源一直处于被忽视的状态，如果教师能够恰当运用，会极大推动小学道德与法治教育，让学生在学习中收获更多知识。本文以小学道德与法治教育中的课外教育资源为讨论对象，结合当下教学实际情况，具体分析运用课外教育资源过程中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出系统的完善措施，以期为更多教师开展小学道德与法治教育提供帮助。

Strategies for Using Extracurricular Educational Resources in the Education of Ethics and Rule of Law in Primary Schools

【Abstract】In the education of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in primary schools， extracurricular education resources have been neglected. If teachers can use them properly， it will greatly promote the education of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in primary schools and allow students to gain more knowledge in their studies. This article takes the extracurricular educational resources in the education of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in primary schools as the object of discussion， combined with the actual teaching situation at present， specifically analyzes the problems existing in the process of using extracurricular educational resources， and proposes systematic improvement measures for these problems， with the hope that more teachers provided assistance in carrying out the education of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in primary schools.

小學道德与法治教育作为小学育人育才的关键环节，很多教师在教学效果上都在尝试新的突破，但从现实情况来看，课堂教学资源难以挖掘新意，教师要力图创新，从课外教育资源着眼，让课外教育资源有效融入校内教学中，为学生学习知识和提高自身素质提供更强有力的指导。

一、课外教育资源概述

在小学道德与法治教育中，课外教育资源，顾名思义就是在课本知识以外的，能够促进课堂教学的资源。基于本学科特点来看，这种课外教育资源所包含的内容十分广泛，只要是符合定义的，都可以称为课外教育资源，如课堂教学中使用的案例故事，或者学生在生活中所接触的工艺、习俗等都是课外教育资源的一种类型，教无定法，贵在得法，教师如果能够有效利用这些课外教育资源，不仅能够让课堂教学更加丰富多彩，而且能够充实学生的课外活动。可以说，课外教育资源作为道德与法治教育中的宝贵财富，应引起小学教师的重视，教师要切实挖掘其中内涵，高效运用课外教育资源为课堂教学助力。……
