【摘  要】当今的教育，要求学生的发展与成长要全面协调，德育就是其中重要的一环，而道德与法治这门学科已成为德育培养的重要渠道。作为新时期的人民教师，除了要注重学生的成绩，还要关注学生品德方面的成长，深入分析小学生内在的学习需求，并在此基础上精心组织和开展多样化的教育实践活动，使学生的道德素质在实践中得到更好的培养，保证德育实施的有效性，进一步拓宽德育平台。

【Abstract】Todays education requires a more comprehensive and coordinated development and growth of students. Moral education is an important part of it， and the discipline of ethics and the rule of law has become an important channel for moral education. As peoples teachers in the new era， in addition to paying attention to students achievements， they must also pay attention to the growth of students morals， deeply analyze the inner learning needs of primary school students， and carefully organize and carry out diversified educational practice activities on this basis to make students moral qualities are better cultivated in practice to ensure the effectiveness of moral education implementation and further broaden the moral education platform.

一、道德与法治中渗透德育教育的必要性

（一）符合小学教育发展的方向

时代在不断进步，各个行业也在不断发展，教育事业也不例外。在当前的小学教育中，新课程改革和素质教育是主要的发展方向，指导着现代教育不断改革与创新。将德育渗透到小学道德与法治课程中，有利于教师在情感和价值观上实现教学目标，有助于学生形成积极健康的生活态度和正确的价值观。此外，通过德育与学科教学的结合，还可以培养学生的文化素养和道德素质，进而实现素质教育的理念和课堂教学目标。因此，有必要在符合当前教育发展方向的小学道德与法治教学中渗透道德教育。比如，在讲解《协商决定班级事务》时，教师渗透德育有利于培养学生的集体荣誉感，增强学生的集体意识，实现素质教育对培养学生优秀素质的要求。

（二）满足学生的自身发展需求

小学生在人生发展过程中，不仅有学习知识的需求，还有人际交往、实现人生价值、获得幸福等方面的需求。……
