【摘  要】小学生在成长的过程中，是需要人们关注和教育的。班主任作为学生成长的引领者，要多角度地覆盖对学生的教育。新时代的发展，使人们越来越意识到对学生的德育和心理健康教育的重要性。在此基础上，班主任将德育与心理健康教育融合在一起，有助于学生健康成长。经过教育实践发现，了解学生日常生活、关注学生人际交往、重视学生学业发展、为学生创设综合实践活动，能够有效改善学生的现实情况，提高学生学习效率。

Effective Integration of Moral Education and Mental Health Education of Primary School Teachers

【Abstract】Primary school students need people's attention and education when they grow up. As the leader of student growth， the head teacher should cover the education of students from multiple angles. The development of the new era has made people more and more aware of the importance of moral education and mental health education for students. On this basis， the head teacher integrates moral education and mental health education to help students grow up healthily. Through educational practice， it is found that understanding students daily life， paying attention to students interpersonal communication， attaching importance to students academic development， and creating comprehensive practical activities for students can effectively improve the reality of students and improve their learning efficiency.

小学班主任将德育与心理健康教育融合在一起，是基于学生德育和心理健康教育现状提出的，是希望学生在班主任的引领下走出成长的阴霾，完善学生的价值观，让学生拥有一个光明的未来。

一、德育的价值

德育，可以帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，让学生树立远大的理想，能够自觉抵制生活、学习中的错误思想，拥有辨别是非的能力，减少学生受负面信息的影响，增强思想教育的效果。班主任对学生进行德育，既是社会发展的需要，又是学生发展的需要。学生拥有德育意识，能够认识到个体发展与社会发展之间的关系，做出正确的选择，可以明确自己的价值取向，采取正确的手段来获得发展，追求理想，与他人一起营造和谐的社会氛围，构建社会文明。

二、心理健康教育的价值

学生在成长中会受家庭教育、环境氛围、经济条件、个人选择等影响，出现心理方面的问题。……
