摘  要：我国市场经济的不断深入发展，促使我国企业在管理上也要不断地与时俱进，以适应新时期市场环境的发展。因此，越来越多的企业意识到企业管理在企业发展过程中的关键作用。该文以此为主题，分析了新时期现代企业管理存在的问题及对策的相关问题。在对企业管理进行阐述的基础上，进一步说明新时期企业管理在现代企业发展中的作用，分析新时期下现代企业管理存在的问题，并提出有针对性的新时期现代企业管理对策。希望对增强现代企业管理水平起到一定的借鉴作用。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Modern Enterprise Management in the New Era

Abstract： The continuous in-depth development of China's market economy urges Chinese enterprises to keep pace with the times in management， so as to adapt to the development of the market environment in the new era. Therefore， more and more enterprises realize the key role of enterprise management in the process of enterprise development. Taking this as the theme， this paper analyzes the problems and Countermeasures of modern enterprise management in the new era. Based on the elaboration of enterprise management， this paper further explains the role of enterprise management in the development of modern enterprises in the new period， analyzes the problems existing in modern enterprise management in the new period， and puts forward targeted modern enterprise management countermeasures in the new period. It is hoped to play a certain reference role in strengthening the management level of modern enterprises.

近年来，我国经济发展迅速，这使得企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，为了在残酷的市场竞争中占有一席之地，各个企业在自身管理上不断创新管理方法，以期实现对企业的更现代化、更高效化的管理，更好地保证企业在市场上有长久的竞争力。在如今经济形势不断变化、市场竞争日益激烈的情况下，企业管理中的一些问题暴露得越来越明显，这些处在新时期的现代企业应该如何进行企业管理才能走得更加长久和稳定，是值得思考的一个非常迫切和现实的问题。基于此，该文对新时期现代企业管理存在的问题及对策的相关问题进行了分析和研究，意在为我国现代企业的管理提供一些参考，进而促进新时期下我国整体国民经济的健康稳定长久发展。……
