摘要： 智能网联汽车是汽车产业新技术革命背景下的必然發展趋势，“汽车+IT+通信”的高层次复合型人才已经成为我国目前汽车产业紧缺人才。职业院校智能网联汽车专业也随着市场需求营运而生。作为新兴专业，如何做好专业建设，使之培养出适应市场需求的高水平技术技能型人才，是当前职业院校开展智能网联汽车专业必须面对的问题。结合职业院校专业建设特点，针对智能网联汽车专业特点进行相关分析，研究表明只有重视国家相关法规标准的学习与应用，产教各方协同育人，共同赋能智能网联汽车人才培养和专业建设工作、建立智能网联汽车人才培养和专业建设的全国性公共服务平台、尽快建立权威的线上学习平台，积极完善智能网联汽车专业的共享资源，才能真正为智能网联汽车产业的健康可持续发展提供强有力的人才支撑。

Abstract： Intelligent and connected automobile is an inevitable development trend under the background of new technological revolution in the automobile industry. High-level compound talents of "automobile +IT+ communication" have become the talents in short supply in China's automobile industry at present. The professional of intelligent and connected automobile in vocational colleges also comes into being with the operation of market demand. As a new major， how to do a good job in the construction of the major， so as to cultivate high-level technical talents to meet the market demand， is the current vocational colleges to carry out the intelligent connected automobile major must face the problem. Based on the characteristics of professional construction in vocational colleges and the characteristics of intelligent connected automobile specialty， the relevant analysis shows that only by paying attention to the study and application of relevant national regulations and standards， and the cooperation between production and education parties， Common fu intelligent snatched auto talent training and professional construction， building intelligent snatched auto talent training and specialty construction of national public service platform， as soon as possible to establish the authority of the online learning platform， actively improve intelligence made car professional sharing resources， can truly for the healthy and sustainable development of the auto industry intelligent snatched provide strong support.

0  引言

智能网联汽车是汽车产业新技术革命背景下的必然发展趋势。据国家发改委报导，预计到2025年，中国的智能汽车渗透率达82%，数量将达到2800万辆。预计到2030年渗透率将达到95%，约为3800万辆。据中国汽车工程学会综合测算，2020年我国因智能化与网联化所带动的汽车新增产值约3100亿元人民币，随着智能网联汽车从L0级走向L5级，产值规模将不断扩大，预计2025年新增产值将达到8000亿元人民币。

目前中国智能网联汽车发展已上升至国家战略层面，发展定位从原来以车联网概念的一个重要组成部分，向智能制造、智能网联等智能化集成行业转移。……
