摘  要：秉承着新课改要培养德、智、体、美、劳综合发展的优秀人才的方针，劳动教育开始逐步得到重视。而随着教育改革的不断深入以及新课程的实施，劳动教育取消了传统的独立学科的教学模式，逐步渗透并融合到了各个学科中，成了各学科实践课程的重要组成部分。虽然不再独立存在，却发挥出了之前作为独立学科而无法达到的优秀的教学效果。

On the Integration of Labor Education and Interdisciplinary Education

【Abstract】Adhering to the policy of cultivating outstanding talents with comprehensive development of ethics，intelligence，physique，beauty and labor in the new curriculum reform，labor education has gradually gained attention. With the continuous deepening of education reform and the implementation of new courses，labor education has cancelled the traditional teaching mode of independent subjects，gradually penetrated and integrated into various disciplines，and has become an important part of the practical courses of various disciplines. Although it no longer exists independently，it has exerted excellent teaching effects that could not be achieved as an independent subject before.

很多人認为劳动教育只是单纯的让孩子走进田间地头，感受劳作的辛苦，体验劳动者的不易，从而培养孩子吃苦耐劳，勤俭节约的良好品德，这仅仅是劳动教育的在教育中所起到的一小部分的作用。其实，劳动教育的知识涵盖面极为广泛，对于其它任何学科来说都有着举足轻重的作用，随着新课改政策的实施，大众对教育的关注点发生了改变，从传统的对应试教育的重视逐渐转变为以培养综合性人才为教育目标的教育方向。其中，实践课程在各学科中的开展为很多学科都带来了极为有效的教育成果，作为实践课程重要的一环，劳动教育也开始凸显出其在各学科间的特殊性、重要性及融合性。接下来，本文将从几方向入手来谈一谈，劳动教育与学科间相互整合的重要性。
