【摘要】新高考改革对当前高中的职业生涯教育提出了更高的要求，高中学校除了开设专门的生涯教育课程外，还应广泛利用现有课程中的相关资源和在学科教师的日常教学中融入职业生涯教育。本文从高中思想政治课堂教学实践入手，探索高中思想政治教学中融入职业生涯规划教育的实践路径，以期提高教育实效。

【Abstract】The new college entrance examination reform puts forward higher requirements for the current career education of high schools. In addition to offering specialized career education courses， high schools should also make extensive use of relevant resources in existing courses and integrate them into the daily teaching of subject teachers career education. This article starts with the practice of ideological and political classroom teaching in high school， and explores the practical path of integrating career planning education into ideological and political teaching in high school， in order to improve the actual effect of education.

新高考改革打破了原有的纯文纯理的选科限制，改革了高考招生录取批次和投档录取模式，高考志愿填报由学校+专业转变为专业（类）+学校。这些改变使高中生更早地了解大学专业和未来职业显得更加迫切和必要，相应地在高中阶段及早开展职业生涯规划教育变成重中之重。改革后，各高中学校充分认识到在高中阶段开展职业生涯规划教育的重要性，将生涯教育课作为学校的必修课或选修课，安排固定的时间，由生涯教育或心理健康教师负责教学，取得了一定的成效。而我认为，除了这种途径外，在学科教学中融入职业生涯教育是一种更为直接、更加有针对性和实效性的方式。那么，应如何在学科教学中融入职业生涯教育呢，下面结合我近三年的高中思想政治教学实践谈几点初步探索：
