摘要：本文以新形势下自动化技术在机械设计制造中的应用为讨论方向，针对自动化技术与机械自动化概念进行简要概述的基础上，分析了我国现阶段自动化技术在机械设计制造中的应用现状，结合新形势下自动化技术在机械设计制造中的应用价值，提出自动化技术在机械设计制造中的具体应用，对促进我国机械设计制造自动化发展具有现实意义。

Abstract： This article takes the application of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing under the new situation as the discussion direction， and analyzes the current application status of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing in my country on the basis of a brief overview of automation technology and mechanical automation concepts. Combined with the application value of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing under the new situation， the specific application of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing is proposed， which is of practical significance to promote the development of my country's mechanical design and manufacturing automation.

0  引言

现代化、工业化社会发展趋势下自动化技术为我国机械制造领域发展提供有力支撑，满足机械设计制造生产流程化的基础上，对其设计流程、生产流程效率与质量提升提供有力帮助。从现阶段我国自动化技术在机械设计制造领域中应用分析来看，较比西方发达国家而言，我国在设计层面及自动化水平方面仍存在诸多不足，但随着现代化技术的革新与发展，机械制造业基于自动化技术实现智能化、集成化、数控化发展是顺应社会发展的必然趋势。

1  自动化技术与机械自动化的概念分析

1.1 自动化技术的概念

自动化技术是现代化、信息化社会发展下衍生的时代性产物，自动化技术泛指摆脱人力设计、生产、制造等一系列繁琐流程，基于自动化机器、系统、软件等工具完成生产任务。信息时代的到来，计算機和互联网的飞速发展，特别是计算机的出现，使得自动化真正融入到机器中，以计算机等高科技产品为主。……
