摘要：近年来，随着社会经济的稳步发展，我国人民的生活水平日益提高。与此同时，家庭用车的频次不断提升，时间不断延长。为了确保车辆的安全性能，则需从源头考虑，保证车辆各构件设备的性能及质量。值得注意的是，机械式停车设备在解决交通问题上有显著价值作用。当然，也需合理科学地设置机械式停车设备专项安全保护与防护装置，以此确保交通的安全性。因此，本文在对机械式停车设备专项安全保护装置的设置要求变化情况进行概述的基础上，然后分析机械式停车设备专项安全保护与防护装置的设置要点，进一步结合现状问题提出有效应对措施，希望以此为机械式停车设备整体安全性能的提升提供有效价值建议。

Abstract： In recent years， with the steady development of social economy， the living standard of our people has been increasing. At the same time， the frequency of the family car has been increasing， the time has been increasing. In order to ensure the safety of the vehicle， it is necessary to consider from the source to ensure the performance and quality of the vehicle components and equipment. It is worth noting that mechanical parking equipment has a significant value in solving traffic problems. Of course， it is also necessary to reasonably and scientifically set up special safety protection and protective devices for mechanical parking equipment， so as to ensure the safety of traffic. Therefore， this paper takes the key points of the special safety protection and protective device of the mechanical parking equipment as the breakthrough point， and puts forward effective measures according to the current situation， it is hoped to provide valuable suggestions for improving the overall safety performance of mechanical parking equipment.

0  引言

从2009年上半年，我国便针对机械式停车设备实施了详细的划分方案，以循环与升降方式的不同为依据，一共把机械式停车设备划分成9大类。与此同时，对机械式停车设备给出了明确的规定，即需将相应的安全保护装置安装完好。比如，对于升降横移类、垂直循环类、多层循环类、平面移动类等机械式停车设备，在阻车装置、警示装置、人车误入检出装置以及载车板汽车位置检测装置等设置的要求均有所不同[1]。此外，从现状来看，我国机械式停车设备专项安全保护与防护装置在设置方面还存在一些有待解決的问题。……
