摘要：汽车零部件是汽车整车生产的原材料之一，汽车零部件物流的可靠性、安全性直接影响着汽车生产制造的质量与水平，所以，现代物流业对于整个汽车制造行业具有重要的影响。汽车制造零部件物流人才主要是指在汽车整车制造厂内从事汽车零部件运输、仓储、分拣、配送、排序、包装以及流通加工等工作的高技能人才。培养更多专业、先进的汽车制造零部件物流人才至关重要。本文重点探讨汽车制造零部件物流人才培养模式的相关问题。

Abstract： Auto parts is one of the raw materials automobile production， reliability， security， auto parts logistics directly affect the quality and level of automobile manufacturing， so the modern logistics industry has an important impact on the entire automotive manufacturing industry.Auto parts logistics talents mainly refer to highly skilled talents who are engaged in auto parts transportation， warehousing， sorting， distribution， sorting， packaging， and circulation processing in automobile manufacturing plants.It is very important to train more professional and advanced auto parts logistics talents.This article focuses on the issues related to the training model of auto parts logistics talents.

0  引言

随着社会经济的快速发展，汽车成为城市化进程中的一种主要交通工具，汽车制造行业市场规模不断壮大，汽车制造朝着规模化、专业化、智能化方向发展。各种汽车零部件经过零部件生产企业生产制造后统一运输到汽车制造厂，经过仓储、分拣、配送、排序等一系列物流环节，最终送进生产线组装汽车。物流环节的准确无误非常重要，加强对汽车制造零部件物流人才培养也至关重要。接下来，谈谈对汽车制造零部件物流人才培养模式的几点思考。

1  汽车制造零部件物流人才培养思路

第一，坚持“实践本位”的原则。众所周知，物流专业教学实践性、应用性非常强，在汽车制造零部件物流人才培养过程中，不管学生在毕业后进入到汽车制造零部件物流工作的什么环节，都必须具备较强的实践能力、操作能力，进而保证学生能够通过各种操作完成任务，进而让零部件物流能够供应顺畅。……
