摘  要：新时代背景下，为做好大学生军训思想政治工作，在分析新时代大学生的思想、心理和行为的基础上，该文从准备工作、带队教师、政治教育、思想工作、自主学习等方面探讨新时代大学生军训思想政治工作思路，提出了几种行之有效的工作措施，不仅能够保障大学生军训工作的顺利开展，而且能够有效提高大学生的思想政治素质，促进大学生的成长进步。

on How to Do a Good Job in the Ideological and Political Work of College Students' Military Training in the New Era

Abstract： Under the background of the new era， in order to do a good job in the ideological and political work of military training of college students， based on the analysis of the ideological， psychological and behavior of college students in the new era， this paper discusses the ideological and political work ideas of military training of college students in the new era from the aspects of preparation， team leading teachers， political education， ideological work and autonomous learning，， and puts forward several effective working measures. It can not only ensure the smooth development of college students' military training， but also effectively improve college students' Ideological and political quality and promote the growth and progress of college students.

军训是大学生的必修课，是提升大学生综合素质的重要途径。新时代大学生的家庭生活条件相对优越，较少从事体力劳动，加之高中阶段学业繁重，缺乏体育锻炼，造成身体素质较差;并且由于多数是独生子女，成长过程中备受父母呵护，经历的挫折较少，畏难心理较重，心理素质偏差。因此，高强度的军事训练对新时代的大学生而言，是身体和心理的双重考验，自然会产生诸多思想和心理问题，而及时且有针对性的思想政治工作恰是解决这些问题的“一剂良药”。结合军事训练，针对大学生实际情况，充分发挥思想政治工作的作用，既能保障军事训练的顺利开展，巩固并提高军事训练成绩，又能有效实现预期的军训目的，而且对大学生的思想、心理和行为的健康发展起着教育引导作用，从而促进大学生综合素质的提高[1]。

以往的大学生受到较多的传统思想和文化的影响，他们往往遵规守矩，而新时代的大学生由于受到网络的影响，能够接触到更多的思想和文化，包括西方社会思潮。……
