【摘    要】幼儿正处于心智发育、行为能力发展的重要时期，培养幼儿的动手能力不仅能够引导幼儿养成良好的行为习惯，还能促进幼儿的心智发育。因此，幼儿教师要把幼儿动手能力的培养放在重要位置，通过语言、艺术、科学、健康、社会五大领域活动和区域、游戏、手工操作等活动，有计划地培养幼儿的动手能力。对此，文章从以上几大领域出发，组织开展了多样化的实践活动，为幼儿动手能力提供成长的沃土。

Practical Analysis on Developing Children's Practical Ability

【Abstract】Children are in an important period of mental development and behavioral ability development， cultivating children's hands-on ability can not only guide children to develop good behavior habits， but also promote children's mental development. Therefore， kindergarten teachers should put the cultivation of children's hands-on ability in an important position， and cultivate children's hands-on ability in a planned way through activities in the five major areas of language， art， science， health， and society， as well as regional， games， and manual operations. In this regard， the article started from the above major areas and organized a variety of practical activities to provide children with fertile ground for their hands-on ability.

幼儿教育始终伴随着各种各样的活动，如语言活动、艺术活动、游戏竞赛活动等。这些活动让幼儿在实践中动手动脑，不仅开发了幼儿智力，还锻炼了幼儿的动手操作能力，对幼儿各方面发展产生了积极的促进作用。幼儿的行为能力还处于发展中，需要有效的指导和锻炼。因此，幼儿教师从《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》（以下简称《指南》）基本要求出发，以幼儿教育目标为导向，积极组织多样化的实践活动，以活动为载体培养幼儿的动手能力。根据《指南》规定，幼儿教育涉及语言、科学、社会、艺术、健康等内容，旨在启发幼儿智力，培养幼儿行为能力，促进幼儿全面和谐发展。基于此，幼儿园日常教学工作中需要经常组织开展各种活动，如语言活动、艺术活动、游戏竞赛活动、科学实验活动、健康活动以及一些简单的手工操作活动等。教师可以把动手实践和以上活动巧妙结合起来，通过各种各样的活动潜移默化地培养幼儿的动手能力。……
