【摘    要】在新时代教育背景之下，生活化教学日益成为小学道德与法治学科教师的新宠，它满足思政课程的育人要求，在学生核心素养培养等诸多方面皆具有比较突出的作用。笔者现从教学实践尝试出发，基于其优势作用，展开对该方法介入角度与具体操作策略的思考，并着重说明了教学评价生活化的做法，希望利用这些探讨，为小学道德与法治课程优化提供借鉴。

A Probe into the Life-oriented Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Under the background of the new era of education， life-oriented teaching has increasingly become the new favorite of primary  school teachers of ethics and rule of law. It satisfies the education requirements of ideological and political courses， and plays a prominent role in many aspects such as the cultivation of students' core literacy. The author now starts from the teaching practice experiment， based on its advantages， starts thinking about the intervention angle and specific operation strategies of this method， and emphasizes the practice of teaching evaluation in life， and provide reference for the optimization of primary school morals and rule of law curriculum.

在如今素质教育被不断强调的前提下，不同教学思想逐渐显现，这让教育教学实践有了更多可能性。而在所有的教学思想及其所引导下的实践尝试中，生活化教学显然同小学阶段各学科，尤其与生活联系紧密的道德与法治学科，有着极为密切的联系。这方面的探究可以拉近理论和实践的距离，并让学生从惯性思维中解脱出来，有效优化学生对重点难点、时事热点和身边资源的理解程度。

一、小学道德与法治生活化教学优势

（一）培养学科核心素养

在中学阶段，学科核心素养议题受到普遍关注，但这并不排斥小学道德与法治课程指向核心素养的理论与实践，应当明确二者的递进关系。小学阶段课程既会涉及基本的学科内容，同时也会有表现价值判断的议题融入其中，因此学生在教师关注与引导下，进行的生活视角的学习，所做的活动设计、情境融合、主题探究、表达解释等各项工作，都可以增强其对教学内容的认同感和熟悉程度，并对科学精神素养以及法治意识素养等多个方面产生巨大帮助。……
