【摘    要】班主任的沟通艺术事关班级管理的成效高低以及学生的健康成长与全面发展。班主任要充分反思班级管理工作中存在的问题，认真学习相关班级管理理论，充分认识沟通艺术在班级管理中的重要作用。在班级管理工作中，班主任要换位思考，提高沟通教育的针对性;与学生平等交流，提高班级凝聚力;尊重学生个性，提高沟通效果;强化家校沟通，形成教育合力。

The Application Strategy of Communication Art in the Management of Junior High School Headteacher

【Abstract】The communication art of the head teacher is related to the effectiveness of class management and the healthy growth and all-round development of students. The head teacher should fully reflect on the problems existing in class management， carefully study relevant class management theories， and fully understand the important role of communication art in class management. In class management work， the head teacher should think in another position to improve the pertinence of communication education; communicate with students on an equal footing to improve class cohesion; respect students' personality and improve communication effects; strengthen home-school communication to form educational synergy.

班主任是班级组织管理的主导者，是对班级活动设计与开展的中心人物。面对正步入青春时期的初中学生，班主任要有教育耐心与爱心，要根据学生正处于叛逆期、受环境等因素影响易产生不良情绪与不健康心理等问题，以及由此给班级管理工作带来的难度，全面分析学情，提升沟通能力。也就是说，班主任要结合学生表现，了解学生心理动向，并且采取有效的沟通艺术，对学生进行心理健康与德育教育，促进学生能融入班级集体，对班级产生归属感，以阳光的心态投入学习，增强班级凝聚力，促进学生健康成长与全面发展。班主任要反思班级管理中存在的问题，采取有效措施，注重沟通艺术水平的提高，促进班级管理的有效性的提高。

一、初中班级管理存在的问题

（一）传统管理观念的不良影响

新课改强调生本教学管理理念，倡导师生平等互動与交流关系的建立。但是实际上，传统教学管理观念在部分班主任头脑中仍根深蒂固，传统的管理方式，使学生产生抵触情绪。……
