【摘    要】培智学校作为当前我国社会中的特殊教育学校，在全国范围内广泛开办。该校所培养的学生为特殊群体，与同龄人相比其智力水平和动手能力较低，同时学生的学习兴趣和学习能力也有所不足，因此在培智学校内部开展劳动技能教育尤为重要。本文主要探究了培智学校在劳动技能教育中存在的问题，再结合实际情况，提出了改善培智学校劳动技能教育的具体思路及策略。

A Preliminary Study on the Labor Skill Education in Cultivating Wisdom School

【Abstract】 As a special education school in the current Chinese society， Peizhi School has been widely opened throughout the country. The students trained by this school are a special group， compared with their peers， their intellectual level and practical ability are lower， at the same time， the students' learning interest and learning ability are also insufficient， therefore， it is particularly important to carry out labor skills education in the school. This article mainly explores the problems existing in the labor skills education of the wisdom training schools， combined with the actual situation， puts forward the specific ideas and strategies to improve the labor skills education of the wisdom training schools.

對于培智学校的学生来说，对其开展劳动技能教育，可以帮助他们培养正确的劳动观念和劳动态度，同时还有助于弥补这部分学生的身心缺陷，进而促进其健康品质的发展。因此在培智学校内部开展劳动技能教育课程，可以在培养学生自理能力的基础上，提高学生的智力水平，对学生日后走出学校、适应社会都具有重要的实践性意义。

一、当前培智学校在劳动技能教育中存在的问题

（一）培智学校对学生劳动技能重视程度较低

现阶段我国多数培智学校在教学的过程中，对于劳动技能教育这门课程的重视程度较低，即使部分培智学校开展了劳动技能教育课程，但是在教学中没有结合学生的身心发展特点及学生自身的特殊情况采用恰当的教学方法，使劳动技能教育课程徒有其表。此外，在培智学校内部，部分教师过于注重学生的文化课程教学，忽视了对学生劳动技能方面的培训，使部分学生不懂得运用正确的生活技能进行生活自理，从而无法有效锻炼和提升这部分学生的自我生活能力。……
