摘  要：研究生培养的首要环节是研究生课程教学。该文在国家实施研究生教育创新计划和新工科的背景下，选取工科研究生课程教学为研究对象，以培养研究生创新能力为目标，针对目前工科研究生课程教学存在片面化引入工程问题、学生缺乏提出问题的能力、统一的考核方式和模糊、低效的评估办法四方面问题，从课程教学涉及的教学内容、教学方法、考核方式和评估手段4个方面出发，研究、归纳、总结面向工科研究生创新能力培养的研究生课程教学模式EPIE，探索全面提升研究生培养创新能力的具体实践举措，为我国建设创新型国家背景下深化学位与研究生教育改革和发展探索一条切实可行的新思路。

Exploration of Postgraduate Course Teaching Model on Cultivating Innovation Ability of Engineering Postgraduates

Abstract： The most important part of postgraduate cultivation is postgraduate course teaching. Under the background of the national implementation of the graduate education innovation plan and the new engineering， this paper selects the engineering graduate curriculum teaching as the research object and aims to cultivate the graduate innovation ability. In view of the current engineering graduate curriculum teaching， there are four problems： one-sided introduction of engineering problems， students' lack of ability to ask questions， unified assessment methods and fuzzy and inefficient evaluation methods， starting from the four aspects of teaching contents， teaching methods， assessment methods and evaluation means involved in curriculum teaching， this paper studies， summarizes and summarizes the postgraduate curriculum teaching model EPIE for the cultivation of innovation ability of engineering postgraduates， and explores specific practical measures to comprehensively improve the cultivation of innovation ability of postgraduates， it explores a practical new idea for deepening the reform and development of degree and graduate education under the background of building an innovative country.

國务院学位委员会、教育部《关于进一步严格规范学位与研究生教育质量管理的若干意见》提出要重视和规范研究生课程教学，创新人才培养模式，提高培养质量。研究生教育作为国家教育体系最高层次和高等教育大众化阶段中的精英教育，其基本目标就是培养具有创新能力的高层次人才。课程教学既是作为研究生培养过程的一个基本环节，也是研究生培养质量的重要保障环节。因此，中国特色社会主义进入新时代，遵循研究生教育特殊规律，学习借鉴先进教育理念，深化课程教学改革具有重要的理论和实践意义。……
