摘  要：近年来，社会对于人才的要求越来越高，所以高校对于学生的教育也是多维度的培养，不仅注重学生专业技能的训练，而且强调学生相关能力的培养。尤其是在当今市场竞争環境激烈、就业形势十分严峻的背景之下，更是要求培养学生的创业能力，所以在高校教育管理之中，就要求教师积极创新自身的管理理念及教学方式，将培养学生的创业能力当作一项重要的目标，以期真正实现培养出创业能力极强的现代化人才，使其能够在激烈的市场竞争环境之中占据一席之地。所以，对于高校教师来说，应指引学生投身至创业实践之中，但以目前情况来看，高校教育管理中对于学生的创业教育方面还存在着明显不足，因此应采取良好的培养策略，对此予以积极改善。

Cultivation of Students' Entrepreneurial Ability in Higher Education Management

Abstract： In recent years， the society has higher and higher requirements for talents， so the education of students in colleges and universities is also a multi-dimensional training， which not only pays attention to the training of students' professional skills， but also emphasizes the training of students' relevant abilities. Especially under the background of fierce market competition and severe employment situation， it is required to cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability. Therefore， in the education management of colleges and universities， teachers are required to actively innovate their own management ideas and teaching methods， and take cultivating students' entrepreneurial ability as an important goal， In order to truly cultivate modern talents with strong entrepreneurial ability， so that they can occupy a place in the fierce market competition environment. Therefore， for college teachers， students should be guided to participate in entrepreneurial practice. However， according to the current situation， there are still obvious deficiencies in students' entrepreneurial education in college education management. Therefore， good training strategies should be adopted to actively improve it.

培养学生的创业能力，促进学生树立积极的创业理念，是高校教育管理中的关键内容，高校学生唯有积极投身于创业实践之中，才更利于激发自身的创业兴趣及欲望，并且能够感受到创业的不易以及成功创业的欣喜，所以高校教师应指引学生投身至创业实践之中。但以目前情况来看，高校教育管理中对于学生的创业教育方面还存在着明显不足，因此应采取良好的培养策略，对此予以积极改善。基于此，该文以高校教育管理中学生创业教育的现状分析为出发点，探讨了高校教育管理中对学生创业能力的培养策略。……
