摘要：畜牧产业的规模不断发展扩大，推动了现代化农产业的发展，但是畜牧养殖工作仍面临一定的问题及困难。生猪养殖中，防疫检疫工作仍需进一步改进及强化，现存问题主要表现为机构机制不健全，处罚措施不完善，业务水平比较低等几个方面。在未来生猪防疫工作中，需不断优化各项管理工作，建立健全防疫管理体系，提升兽医工作人员的综合能力及业务水平，完善健全基层防疫设施设备，同时需要加强相关工作人员的规范管理，通过提升相关防疫人员发展空间及福利待遇等，不断强化生猪防疫工作质量。该文主要论述生猪疫病存在的问题及建议。

Abstract：The continuous development and expansion of the scale of animal husbandry industry has promoted the development of modern agricultural industr，but animal husbandry still faces some problems and difficulties. In pig breeding，the epidemic prevention and quarantine work still needs to be further improved and strengthened. The existing problems are mainly reflected in the imperfect institutional mechanism，imperfect punishment measures and low professional level. In the future pig epidemic prevention work，it is necessary to continuously optimize various management work，establish and improve the epidemic prevention management system，improve the comprehensive ability and professional level of veterinary staff，and improve the grass-roots epidemic prevention facilities and equipment. At the same time，it is necessary to strengthen the standardized management of relevant staff，and continuously strengthen the quality of pig epidemic prevention work by improving the development space and welfare treatment of relevant epidemic prevention personnel.

生猪在日常养殖中，疾病比较常见，影响养殖户的经济效益，需保障生猪的健康生长，需要从强化生猪防疫工作入手，积极做好生猪疫病的防控工作。

1生猪防疫现存问题

1.1机构机制不健全

生猪防疫管理机制不健全是导致各类问题反复出现的根本性原因。在生猪防疫工作中，仍然存在着各种各样的问题。基层兽医站分布不健全，合并之后的畜牧兽医工作人员数量较少，工作能力有限，也常出现被调到其他工作岗位的情况，加上新人引进数量较少，工作人员老龄化情况严重等，导致基层动物防疫监管工作的开展日益艰难。基层执法机构不健全，县级执法人员数量供应不足，取证难，立案难，管理难等，导致一线防疫工作一直难以有效提升。……
