摘要：羊疥螨病是由各种类型的螨虫在羊体表皮肤和表层皮肤繁殖生长造成的一种慢性感染的体表寄生虫病。该类疾病在任何养殖形式的羊群中广泛发生流行，尤其是在寒冷的冬春季节，由于羊毛较厚，养殖场采用封闭化的养殖管理模式，羊舍环境很容易恶化，给螨虫的繁殖滋生侵染提供条件。羊疥螨病主要通过直接接触传播，感染该种疾病后表现为身体瘙痒难耐，患病羊不断的摩擦患病部位，影响到羊群的生产和正常饮水，羊身体消瘦，生长发育不良，很容易继发感染坏死杆菌等其他细菌性传染性疾病。防控该种疾病需要加强卫生管理，妥善做好驱虫处理。该文探讨羊疥螨病的流行特点、诊断方法和治疗措施，希望对更好地控制该类疾病的发生流行有一定作用。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Sheep Scabies

Abstract ：Sheep scabies，also known as sheep mitosis，is a chronic contact infectious disease caused by the reproduction and growth of various types of mites on the superficial skin of the sheep. This body surface parasitic disease is widely prevalent in grazing and breeding flocks and house-fed flocks，especially in the cold winter and spring. Due to the thick wool，the farm adopts a closed breeding management mode，and the sheep house environment is easy to deteriorate，which provides conditions for the reproduction and infestation of mites. Sheep scabies mite disease is mainly spread through direct contact. After being infected with this disease，the body is itchy and intolerable.The diseased sheep keep rubbing the diseased part，which affects the production and normal water drinking of the flock. The sheep are thin and stunted in growth and development，which can easily lead to infection of other bacterial infectious diseases such as Necrobacillus.To prevent and control this kind of disease，it is necessary to strengthen sanitation management and proper deworming treatment. Based on practical work experience，this article discusses the epidemiological characteristics，diagnostic methods and treatment measures of sheep scabies mite disease，hoping to have a certain effect on better controlling the occurrence and prevalence of this type of disease.

羊疥螨病是因为螨虫侵染家畜皮肤引发的一种身体瘙痒的慢性体表寄生虫病，具有高度的接触性和传染性，短期内能引发整个群体严重感染。螨虫在自然界中广泛分布，无论是家畜、野生动物和禽类都可受到螨虫的感染，羊对螨虫的易感性最强。羊疥螨病是一种典型的传染性疾病。动物种类不同，螨虫的种类不同，在皮肤上表现的临床症状存在一定差异性。当螨虫侵染到羊的体表组织后，会在皮下组织迁移，由于身体上存在很多的小刺，迁移过程中会刺激神经末梢造成患病羊出现一系列的神经症状。……
