摘要：近年，丹巴县生猪养殖业发生了日新月异的变化，各种生猪常见病也时有发生，仔猪中发生率较高的疾病为细菌感染所致的下痢。不同细菌类型感染所致的下痢类型也有所不同，如猪仔感染沙门氏菌，会出现副伤寒症状;猪仔感染大肠杆菌，会出现黄痢或者白痢症状;猪仔感染C型魏氏梭菌，会出现红痢。其中丹巴县最为常见的是由沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌感染引起的仔猪副伤寒、仔猪白痢、黄痢。该病极大降低饲料利用率，增加了养殖成本，还严重威胁仔猪的健康，影响仔猪的成活率，挫伤养猪户积极性。生猪养殖中，要重视仔猪细菌感染的预防以及痢性疾病的防治。

Prevention and Treatment of Bacterial Dysentery in Piglets in Danba County

Abstract：In recent years，the pig breeding industry in Danba county has undergone rapid changes，and various common pig diseases also occur from time to time. The disease with high incidence in piglets is diarrhea caused by bacterial infection. The types of dysentery caused by different bacterial types of infection are also different. If piglets are infected with Salmonella，they will have paratyphoid symptoms. If piglets are infected with E. coli，they will have yellow dysentery or white dysentery. If piglets are infected with Clostridium welchii type C，they will have red dysentery. Among them，the most common ones in Danba county are piglet paratyphoid，piglet white dysentery and yellow dysentery caused by Salmonella and Escherichia coli infection. The disease greatly reduces the feed utilization rate，increases the breeding cost，seriously threatens the health of piglets，affects the survival rate of piglets and frustrates the enthusiasm of pig farmers.Therefore，in pig breeding，we should pay attention to the prevention of piglet bacterial infection and dysentery disease.

仔豬下痢疾病的发生主要由细菌感染造成，该疾病的发生需要药物应用进行控制和治疗，养殖成本加大，风险提高，且猪肉品质有所下降，严重威胁生猪养殖品质，故需强化细菌性痢疾防治重视，掌握该病的发病原因，做好预防和治疗措施，降低该病的发病率和死亡率。

1发病原因

1.1免疫功能或者其他基础疾病影响

与成年猪相比，仔猪消化功能薄弱，胃部消化液的分泌能力也存在一定障碍，难以完全抵御各类细菌。母猪乳头若存在细菌，在哺乳时细菌就会进入仔猪消化道，引发肠道炎症，继而出现下痢[1]。丹巴县早晚温差大，导致仔猪体温失衡，也会引起下痢。哺乳期仔猪的免疫功能还不完善，冷热刺激影响仔猪免疫反应，免疫力水平明显降低，容易细菌感染，肠道系统的炎症反应会引起下痢。……
