【摘要】目的：探究爱婴球囊扩张器对比欣母沛在剖宫产止血中的应用效果，完善院内产科止血治疗内容。方法：入选对象均为2016年1月至2016年10月我院收治的184例剖宫产妇，分析其资料，以随机方式划分成对照组和治疗组，每组各92例。对照组使用欣母沛，治疗组使用爱婴球囊扩张器。比较术中出血的总量与使用药物的效果。结果：对照组术中出血总量均高于对照组（P<0.05），有差异。治疗组使用药物的效果高于对照组（P<0.05），有差异性。结论：爱婴球囊扩张器能有效对剖宫产孕妇进行止血，并且其止血效果迅速、显著，尤其是对高危剖宫产产妇具有积极的临床治疗意义，应于临床重点推广。

To compare the efficacy of baby-friendly balloon dilator and hemabate in hemostasis after cesarean section

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of baby-friendly balloon dilator versus Hemabate in hemostasis during cesarean section， and to improve the treatment of hemostasis in hospital obstetrics. Methods： The enrolled subjects were all 184 cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016. The data were analyzed and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Hemabate was used in each 92 control group， and baby-friendly balloon dilator was used in the treatment group. To compare the total amount of bleeding and the effect of medication. Results： The total amount of bleeding in the control group was higher than that in the control group（P< 0.05） was different. The effect of using drugs in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）， showing differences. Conclusion： The baby-friendly balloon dilator can effectively hemostasis for pregnant women after cesarean section， and its hemostasis effect is rapid and significant， especially for high-risk pregnant women after cesarean section， it has positive clinical significance and should be promoted in clinical focus.

剖宮产是一种成熟的辅助生产手段[1]，常见产后出血，病因复杂，在我国剖宫产产后出血人数逐年走高，严重威胁我国产妇的生命健康[2]。从以人为本的医学角度来讲[3]，药物治疗已经成为首选治疗方式，可以使患者的子宫功能得到保护。欣母沛为前列腺素[4]，有助于子宫收缩，但用药效果不理想。球囊扩张器是一种先进的治疗方式[5]，在术后初雪中取得良好效果，不仅操作简单，而且压迫面积广泛，能够有效止血。文章选取2016年1月至2016年10月我院收治的184例剖宫产产妇，使用爱婴球囊与欣母沛治疗，比较其疗效报道如下。
