摘  要：近年来，国内电子商务平台逐渐建设成熟并带动了冷链物流业的发展，人们开始关注和重视冷链物流的发展，并进行深入研究。因此，为了总结分析国内冷链物流研究现状，文章将以“冷链物流”和“电子商务”为主题检索条件，搜集了2006至2020年间中国知网上关于电子商务冷链物流的期刊文章，分析了国内主要学者的研究方向，指出了目前我国关于冷链物流研究存在的问题，主要是缺少对医药物流方面的研究和缺少实例数据的支撑。最后对我国冷链物流的研究现状进行了总结，并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract： In recent years， the development of e-commerce platform has driven the growth of cold chain logistics， and the research on cold chain logistics has attracted more and more attention. Taking“cold chain logistics”and“e-commerce”as the search conditions， this paper collected the journal articles on e-commerce cold chain logistics from 2006 to 2020， analyzed the research directions of major domestic scholars， and pointed out the problems existing in the research on cold chain logistics in China at present， mainly the lack of research on pharmaceutical logistics and the lack of support of case data. Finally， the research status of cold chain logistics in China is summarized， and the future research direction is prospected.

电子商务的出现，推动了我国冷链物流业的快速发展。随着生鲜电商的崛起，整个社会对冷链物流需求再次爆发式增长。2019年我国生鲜电商交易规模为2 554.5亿元，较2018年同比增长31%。与之对应的是冷链物流运输市场的不断扩大，根据有关机构预测，2020年中国冷链物流市场规模将突破5 000亿元[1]。目前，电商平台已经成为了我国冷链物流企业的主要业务来源之一。电商平台的快速发展，对冷链物流的服务质量提出了更高的要求，推动着冷链物流基础设施的不断改善;同时冷链物流服务的不断改进也使得电商平台的影响力越来越大，冷链物流已经成为生鲜市场不可或缺的环节。2006年之前关于冷链物流的研究文献较少，之后电子商务进入可持续发展的稳定时期，带动冷链物流业的快速发展，国内学者开始注重结合电子商务对冷链物流進行研究。……
