摘  要：在党的十九大报告中，习近平总书记提出实施乡村振兴战略，这是新时代我们党发展乡村、振兴乡村的重大战略部署，给农村的经济社会发展提供了新的理论指引。在乡村振兴战略的推动下，皖北农村的经济发展迅速，顺应当下迅捷铺展的移动互联网，皖北A县的农村电商发展，借助电商城形成了产业化的集聚效应。农村电商的发展为解决一些“三农”問题，提供了新的思路，更有利于农村扶贫事业，助推早日建成社会主义现代化新农村。基于此，深入分析皖北A县农村电商发展的现状与存在的问题，尝试提出相应的解决策略，以期推动A县的电商进一步发展，助力乡村振兴早日实现。

Abstract： In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress， General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy， which is a major strategic deployment of our party's rural development and revitalization in the new era， and provides a new theoretical guidance for the economic and social development of rural areas. Under the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy， the rural economy of northern Anhui develops rapidly. In line with the rapid spread of mobile internet， the rural e-commerce development of A county in northern Anhui forms the agglomeration effect of industrialization with the help of e-commerce malls. The development of rural e-commerce provides a new way of thinking to solve some“agriculture， rural areas and farmers”problems， which is more conducive to rural poverty alleviation and helps build a new socialist modern countryside as soon as possible. Based on this， this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural e-commerce development in A county， northern Anhui province， and tries to put forward corresponding solutions， with a view to promoting the further development of e-commerce in A county and facilitating the early realization of rural revitalization.

皖北A县地处淮河流域，紧邻长三角地区，地理位置优越，自然环境得天独厚，物产丰富，县域内有多种特色的农产品。皖北A县靠近长三角城市群，距离产品的市场近，市场广阔。近年来，该县在党的乡村振兴战略的推动下，借助互联网平台，开展线上销售，发展本地区特色的电商，拓宽了本地农产品销售市场，拉动了当地经济发展，成为脱贫致富的重要手段，得到了农民的支持。然而，随着本地农村电商的不断发展，A县也面临着一些问题，诸如缺乏专业化的人才加强农村电商的专业化、体系化运作，物流配套设施无法满足电商的进一步发展，产品同质化导致竞争力变弱等。……
