摘  要：区域物流高质量协同发展是推动区域高质量发展的支撑和重点，具有重要意义和价值。文章以新发展理念和高质量发展的内在要求为理论依据，构建区域物流高质量协同发展的测度模型。以闽西南协同发展区为实证案例，对其区域物流高质量协同发展水平进行测度，对其空间分异和时序演化特征进行分析，并针对其实际情况，提出闽西南区域物流高质量协同发展的提升路径与对策建议。

Abstract： The high-quality coordinated development of regional logistics is the support and focus of promoting regional high-quality development， which has important significance and value. Based on the theoretical basis of the new development concept and the inherent requirements of high-quality development， this research constructs a measurement model for the high-quality collaborative development of regional logistics. Taking the coordinated development area of Southwest Fujian as an empirical case， the high-quality coordinated development level of its regional logistics is measured， and its spatial differentiation and time-series evolution characteristics are analyzed. According to its actual situation， a high-quality coordinated development of logistics in the Southwestern Fujian region is proposed.

物流业是社会经济运转的大动脉，是区域协同发展的重要支撑要素，是推动区域高质量发展的重要抓手[1]。2019年3月，24部委联合发布《关于推动物流高质量发展，促进形成强大国内市场的意见》，提出通过区域物流合作与协调发展，增强物流高质量协同发展的内生动力。而如何客观、全面、科学地评价和测度区域物流高质量协同发展的程度和水平，识别和分析区域物流高质量协同发展存在的弊端和短板，进而提出区域物流高质量协同发展的提升路径和策略，是一个值得深入研究和探讨的重要课题。

1  闽西南区域物流高质量协同发展测度

1.1  指标选取。高质量发展背景下，对区域物流系统的评价应该在重视物流发展的规模与速度的同时，更加关注其发展的质量和效益，体现区域物流发展的结构优化、创新驱动、绿色赋能和效率提升[2]。习近平总书记在党的十八届五中全会上提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的“新发展理念”，为区域物流高质量协同发展指明了新思路、新方向和新动力[3]。……
