摘  要：“一带一路”倡议给安徽省物流发展带来新的机遇和挑战，尤其是智慧物流成为物流发展的重要态势，然而物流存在的诸多问题成为安徽省发展及国际化进程的短板，发展智慧物流成为提升其竞争力的重要措施之一。探讨“一带一路”倡议下安徽省发展智慧物流的必要性，结合安徽省实际，分析安徽省物流业的智慧现状，并在此基础上提出安徽省智慧物流的发展路径。

Abstract：“The belt and road”initiative has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of logistics in Anhui province. In particular， intelligent logistics has become an important trend in logistics development. However， many problems in logistics have become shortcomings in the development and internationalization of Anhui province. The development of intelligent logistics become one of the important measures to enhance its competitiveness. This paper discusses the necessity of the development of intelligent logistics in Anhui province under“the belt and road”initiative， combined with the reality of Anhui province， analyzes the current status of intelligent logistics in Anhui province， and puts forward the development path of intelligent logistics in Anhui province on this basis.

1  问题的提出

国内外学者关于智慧物流的研究主要集中在智慧物流技术研发、智慧物流信息平台的应用、智慧物流发展模式等方面，把“一带一路”倡议与区域智慧物流结合起来研究在国内还处于空白[1-2]。因此把着眼点放到安徽，以区域引领全局，研究“一带一路”倡议下安徽省智慧物流的發展路径。

“一带一路”倡议的推行涉及沿线60多个国家和省区，涵盖基础设施、能源资源、工业、商贸业等领域，这些领域的开发与建设均离不开物流的支撑。安徽省处于“一带一路”和长江经济带的重要节点，将安徽省建设成“一带一路”重要腹地和枢纽，这对于打造内陆开放新高地、培育经济发展新动能、提升区域地位与产业竞争力具有重要意义。在“一带一路”倡议施行的同时，物流的作用将从后方保障转变为前方引导，特别是基于物联网技术的智慧物流将发挥重要作用。随着“一带一路”倡议的贯彻落实，进一步加深安徽省与沿线国家的合作关系，拓宽安徽省智慧物流的服务范围，为安徽省物流的发展提供新的契机[3]。……
