摘  要：物流行业是保障国家“国内大循环、国内国际双循环”新格局实施的强力支撑和纽带。文章首先阐述了物流供应链在地区经济发展中的作用，其次分析了大连市物流体系的现状，并以此为基础从升级地区物流运行系统，发展大连地区龙头物流企业，利用现代科技信息赋能物流供应链等方面提出策划建议，为大连建设国家港口型物流枢纽，构建先进的物流供应链体系提供决策支持。

Abstract： The logistics industry is a strong support and link to ensure the implementation of the new pattern of“domestic circulation， domestic and international double circulation”. This paper first expounds the role of logistics supply chain in regional economic development， then analyzes the current situation of Dalian logistics system， and based on this， puts forward suggestions from the following aspects， including upgrading the regional logistics operation system， developing the leading logistics enterprises in Dalian， and enabling the logistics supply chain by using modern scientific and technological information. To provide decision support for Dalian to build a national port logistics hub and build an advanced logistics supply chain system.

2020年5月14日中央政治局常委会会议提出我国要深化供给侧的结构性改革，充分发挥我国现有的超大规模市场优势和内需潜力，构建以国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。7月30日中央政治局会议再次提出，加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。

2020年10月28日，国家发改委、交通部联合发布《关于做好2020年国家物流枢纽建设工作的通知》，全国共计22个物流枢纽入选2020年国家物流枢纽建设名单，大连作为港口型国家物流枢纽成功入选。在加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的趋势下，只有加强大连市的物流供应链体系的发展，才能有力振兴地区经济，为地区经济发展提供强有力的保证。

1  大连市物流供应链体系概况

1.1  依托港口、机场快速发展，物流供应链完善成熟
