摘  要：食品安全成为人们越来越关注的问题。水稻是我国人们的三大主粮之一，是重要的农产品。人们对水稻产品品质的要求越来越高，对优质稻米的需求日益增多。但优质稻米的供给远远低于市场需求，且存在农户种植率低、优质不优价等现象。因此，以全程精准可追溯管理的优质水稻供应链为研究对象，对优质稻米供应链效益增长问题进行研究。首先分析数据驱动的优质稻米供应链的结构及信息传递过程，再从资源利用率、知识溢出效益、从业人员素质水平和优质稻米供应链品牌建设四个方面给出效益增长机理，该机理有利于优化优质稻米供应链结构，使农业、农民增产增收，推动优质稻米行业稳定有序发展。

Abstract： The people pay more and more attention to food safety. China is a big agricultural country. Rice is one of the three main grains of Chinese people， and it is an important agricultural product. People have higher and higher requirements for the quality of rice products， and the demand for high-quality rice is increasing. The supply of high-quality rice is far lower than the market demand， and there are some phenomena such as low planting rate of farmers and poor price of high-quality rice. Therefore， this paper takes the high-quality rice supply chain with accurate traceability management as the research object， and studies the benefit growth of high-quality rice supply chain. Firstly， the structure and information transmission process of the data-driven high-quality rice supply chain are analyzed， and the benefit growth mechanism is given. This study is conducive to optimize the supply chain structure of high-quality rice， increase the yield of agriculture and farmers， and promote the stable and orderly development of high-quality rice industry.

稻米作為世界上最主要的农产品之一，在人类生存和社会稳定中具有重要地位。经过几十年的发展，优质稻米种植面积不断扩大，产量也连续不断提升。2018年中央“一号文件”提倡提升农业发展质量，保障种粮农民持续增收，让粮食收购价格回归市场，是我国农业供给侧结构性改革的方向。随着社会发展、人们收入水平逐渐增加和对生活品质要求不断提高，人们的消费结构、质量要求和消费观念也发生了巨大的变化，对优质稻米的市场需求不断增多，无公害大米、绿色大米、有机大米越来越受欢迎。稻米行业不仅开始由重视产量向重视品质的转变，也从单纯追求数量的满足到追求质量安全转变。……
