摘  要：随着工业化和信息化的深度融合，工业互联网推动供应链走向变革，以工业互联网平台为载体的供应链协同管理逐渐呈现其优势。文章通过分析当前供应链协同管理的现状，探讨了工业互联网平台环境下供应链协同管理的主要功能和优势。研究表明，工业互联网平台有助于提高供应链协同管理的整体水平，降低供应链整体成本和风险，加速工业互联网平台的推广应用以及中小企业上云是未来供应链协同管理深入发展的关键。

Abstract： With the deep integration of industry and information technology， the industrial internet promotes the transformation of supply chain， and the supply chain collaborative management based on the industrial internet platform gradually shows its advantages. By analyzing the current status of supply chain collaborative management， this paper discusses the main functions and advantages of supply chain collaborative management under the industrial internet platform environment. Research shows that the industrial internet platform is helpful to improve the overall level of supply chain collaborative management， reduce the overall cost and risk of supply chain. The spread of the industrial internet platform and the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises are the key to development of supply chain collaborative management in the future.

工業互联网做为第四次工业革命和制造业数字化转型的重要基石，成为“后疫情”时代供应链变革的驱动力[1]。工业互联网平台是工业互联网的核心，是大数据、人工智能、物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术在工业领域的集成应用，能促进工业全要素、全产业链、全价值链深度互联，驱动制造业的转型升级[2]。据报道，国内已建成超过70个有影响力的工业互联网平台，接入平台的机器设备超过4 000万套。随着全球工业互联网平台市场规模的快速增长，其将成为最重要的全球性产业。目前，工业互联网平台已被广泛应用于生产管理、设备健康管理、供应链管理等多种场景，例如航天云网INDICS、海尔COSMOPlat、西门子MindSphere等。

供应链协同管理是通过对供应链各节点进行管理，调整供应链结构，共享供应链信息，优化供应链物流，以提高供应链的整体价值和竞争力。……
