摘  要：随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高，物流行业进入蓬勃发展的时期，但是传统高污染的物流业发展已不能适应新时代发展中可持续和可循环的要求，因此发展绿色物流应运而生。文章从目前海南省绿色物流的发展现状着手，剖析海南省绿色物流发展中存在的问题，进而探索以新能源汽车、人工智能、5G技术等新科技引领下的绿色物流优化升级路径。

Abstract： With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard， the logistics industry has entered a period of vigorous development， but the traditional high-pollution logistics industry cannot meet the requirements of sustainable and recyclable development in the new era， therefore， the development of green logistics emerged. This paper starts from the current situation of the development of green logistics in Hainan province， analyzes the existing problems in the development of green logistics in Hainan province， then explore new energy vehicles， artificial intelligence， 5G technology and other new technologies under the guidance of green logistics optimization upgrade path.

0  引  言

党的十八大之后，发展绿色物流已成为一项重要的议题。2019年3月相关政府部门印发了《关于推动物流高质量发展促进形成强大国内市场的意见》，要求加快推进绿色物流发展。2020年6月，《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》要求深入推进国家生态文明试验区（海南）建设，推动经济社会发展的绿色转型;2020年9月，海南省相关政府部门印发《海南省关于进一步降低物流成本的实施方案》，倡导和推动海南货物包装和物流器具绿色化，鼓励企业研发使用可循环的绿色包装和可降解的绿色包材。

物流活动与生态环境、经济发展密不可分，传统高消耗的物流业只有不断向绿色物流的大方向转型，才能充分协调三者关系，实现环境保护和经济发展的平衡。目前，现有文献关于绿色物流优化升级路径的探索，更多是从绿色物流的现存问题和政策建议的方向进行，较少基于新技术视域进行展开，文章将对此做进一步探索。……
