摘  要：基于密切值法对长江经济带物流竞争力进行全面评价。研究发现：（1）长江经济带整体物流竞争力较强;（2）物流竞争力存在区域不平衡性，呈现出“东部沿海地区最强，中西部内陆地区交错分布”的空间格局，西部大开发战略的实施带动了西部地区物流竞争力的提高，中西部地区物流竞争力差距已不明显。（3）以物流竞争力为依据，通过系统聚类可将长江经济带11省市聚为3类。最后针对研究结论提出长江经济带物流高质量发展的对策建议：加大物流投入，强化基础建设;嵌入新一代信息技术，构建现代化物流体系;合理布局物流要素，促进区域物流协同发展。

Abstract： Based on the osculating value method， this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the logistics competitiveness of the Yangtze River economic belt. The results show that：（1）The overall logistics competitiveness of the Yangtze River economic belt is strong;（2）There is regional imbalance in the logistics competitiveness， showing a spatial pattern of“the strongest in the east， and staggered distribution in the middle and western inland areas”. The implementation of the western development strategy has led to the improvement of the logistics competitiveness of the west， and the gap in the logistics competitiveness of the middle and western regions is not obvious.（3）On the basis of logistics competitiveness， 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt can be classified into three categories by cluster analysis. Finally， in view of the conclusion of the study， the paper puts forward some suggestions for the high-quality development of logistics in the Yangtze River economic belt： increasing logistics input， strengthening infrastructure; embedding a new generation of information technology， constructing a modern logistics system; rationally layout logistics elements， and promoting the coordinated development of regional logistics.

隨着区域一体化的发展，各省市之间的联系越来越紧密，这就需要强大的物流体系来保障各地区之间的货物运输与流动。十九届五中全会强调要提高我国物流运输能力，加快现代化物流体系的建设。根据国家统计局及中国物流与采购联合会官方公布的数据，2020年我国社会物流总费用为149 000亿元，占GDP比重达14.7%。可见，物流业对促进我国现代化建设，实现高质量发展至关重要。

目前国内外关于物流的研究较多，主要集中在物流的发展模式、物流的评价和物流的优化路径等方面。其一，在物流的发展模式发面，杨扬等[1]借助区块链这一现代技术提出了跨境物流的新运作模式，可以实现物流公司、发货人、收货人、运输公司以及海关之间信息共享，有效解决了跨境物流信息不对称这一问题。……
