摘  要：为适应新形势下高等教育变革的趋势，浙江科技学院安吉校区自建成以来便致力于打造教育教学改革的“试验田”，开展科技创新与科技竞赛俱乐部制教育教学改革，即依托于二级学院、书院和科技创新基地搭建新型实践创新平台，着力加强学生实践能力和创新能力的培养，注重通识素质教育同时更加强化专业素质教学。强化校区文化建设与传承，提高教育教学水平，为培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才探索出一条有效途径。

Abstract： In order to adapt to the trend of higher education reform under the new situation， since its completion， the Anji campus of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology has been devoted to be the "experimental field" of education and teaching reform. We have carried out the educational reform of the club system of scientific and technological innovation and technological competition， that is， relying on the two level colleges， academies and technological innovation bases to build a new platform for practical innovation， focusing on strengthening the cultivation of students' practical and innovative abilities， focusing on general quality education and strengthening professional quality teaching. Strengthening the construction and inheritance of campus culture， improving the level of education and teaching， we have explored an effective way to cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development of morality， intelligence， sports， beauty and labor.

高等教育肩负培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质人才的重要使命，当前高等教育大众化背景下，加强学生创新精神和实践能力的培养成为新形势下高等教育变革的必然趋势。近年来，国家逐渐形成了大力发展科技和提倡创新创业的良好风气，教育部在《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》中指出，“把深化高校创新创业教育改革作为推进高等教育综合改革的突破口，面向全体、分类施教、结合专业、强化实践，促进学生全面发展。”这充分表明国家层面已经将大学生创新能力与综合素质的培养纳入发展战略。浙江科技学院作为一所特色鲜明的应用型高校，始终致力于培养创新型应用型人才。2014年10月，安吉校区启用伊始，便定位于教育教学改革的“试验田”，积极推进科技竞赛俱乐部制教学改革，实践并探索出俱乐部制全方位提高学生素质的教学模式。……
