摘    要：肉鸡腹水综合征是一种由基因、环境、饮食和生理等多因素導致的疾病，该疾病主要特征为腹腔积水、心脏扩张肥大衰竭、呼吸困难且发绀等，不仅使肉鸡生长发育受阻，严重时还可导致肉鸡大量死亡，给养殖企业造成巨大的经济损失，严重危害肉鸡行业的发展。本文在已有研究文献的基础上，对肉鸡腹水综合征发病原因、特征、机理等进行了归纳总结，并在加强管理与品种选育及科学饲喂方面提出了肉鸡腹水综合征的预防措施，同时针对诱发此病的原因综述了相关的治疗措施和方法，为降低肉鸡腹水征的发病率、增加肉鸡养殖经济效益提供参考。

Abstract： Broiler ascites syndrome is a disease caused by multiple factors such as genes， environment， diet and physiology. The main characteristics of the disease are hydroperitoneum， cardiac dilatation and hypertrophy failure， breathing difficulties and cyanosis， etc.. It not only hinders the growth and development of broilers， but also cause a large number of deaths of broilers in severe cases， causing huge economic losses to breeding enterprises， and seriously endanger the development of the broiler industry.On the basis of the existing research literature， this paper summarized the etiology， characteristics and mechanism of broiler ascites syndrome， and put forward the preventive measures of broiler ascites syndrome in terms of strengthening management， breed selection and scientific feeding. At the same time， it summarized the related treatment measures and methods for the cause of broiler ascites syndrome.This study could provide a reference for reducing the incidence of ascites sign in broilers and increasing the economic benefits of broiler breeding.

肉鸡腹水综合征（ascites syndrome，AS）又称肺动脉高压，是一种非传染性且由多个因素（遗传、环境、饮食、生理等）综合作用引发的营养代谢病，主要危害快速生长的幼龄肉仔鸡，肉鸡腹腔积液是主要临床特征[1]。肉鸡腹水综合征首先报道于玻利维亚高海拔的肉仔鸡群中，之后陆续报道于秘鲁、墨西哥和南非的高海拔地区及英国、美国、加拿大一些低海拔地区[2]，发病率可高达30%[3]。在我国，肉鸡规模化养殖起步较晚，肉鸡腹水综合征是在20世纪80年代后期逐渐被科研人员重视并开展研究，20世纪末才陆续有少量报道，但近年来报道增多，我国10多个省市均有该病的流行病报告[4]。……
