【摘  要】在日常教学过程中，由于很多教师缺乏教育思想上的转变，对新课程目标的要求研究得不够透彻，理解也不到位，导致初中教育管理工作难以取得实质性的突破。教师在加大对初中学生教授基础理论知识的同时，还应该加强对初中学生的素质教育，培养初中学生应该具备的各种能力。

【Abstract】In the daily teaching process， due to the lack of educational ideological changes of many teachers， the research on the requirements of the new curriculum objectives is not thorough enough， and the understanding is not in place， which makes it difficult to make substantive breakthroughs in the management of junior high school education. Teachers should strengthen the quality education of junior high school students while increasing the basic theoretical knowledge to junior high school students， and cultivate the various abilities that junior high school students should possess.

在新课程目标发生变化的前提下，需要根据现下时代教育新的标准和新的要求，对传统教学方式进行加以调整和改进。随着课本的教学内容不断发生变化，教师很容易在实际初中教学过程中，发现当前教育中存在着多方面的问题，因此，要想全面提高教师的教学管理能力水平，就要通过从多种角度出发，找到问题产生的原因，并选择通过有效的方式解决。另外，还要对新的教学要求和标准进行重新定位，以此来提高教师的教学业务技能水平，从而促进初中教学在未来得到更好的发展。笔者将通过本文对以下几方面的内容进行相关的阐述。

一、新课改理念下，初中教学管理研究的必要性

在课程内容不断发生变化的形式下，初中教师应该加大力度，去探索和改进在教学管理方面的研究。因为在学生素质教育中，初中教育起着非常重要的作用，初中阶段也是学生学习的重要时期。由于学生处于可塑性强、好奇心大的阶段，同时生理机能和心理指标极容易发生快速的变化。……
