[摘要]目的了解中醫院校医学本科生科研能力培养的现状，总结和探索适合中医院校医学本科生的科研培养方法。方法随机选取河南中医药大学400名本科生进行问卷调查，内容包括学生的基本情况、科研认知情况、科研渠道获取情况、科研培养、科研实践收获情况、科研实践困难和建议等。结果共回收问卷339份。分析数据得出，48.38%的学生对科研活动、项目感兴趣，参与科研活动的原因主要是提高能力（51.72%），通过网络媒体（62.54%）关注科研类信息，同学推荐或同学间组队（38.35%）的渠道参与科研活动。81.47%的学生在科研活动中提高了科研能力，55.17%的学生在本科阶段的科研实践中没有取得任何科研成果。结论中医院校医学本科生参与科研活动较积极，但科研渠道获取较狭窄，多数仍流于形式，被动参与为主，应加强科研意义的宣传，提高参与科研驱动力，优化科研培养模式，为学生提供更专业化的科研训练。

Current situation and analysis of scientific research ability cultivation of medical undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities

[Abstract] Objective To understand the current situation of scientific research ability cultivation of medical undergraduates in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） colleges and universities， and to summarize and explore the suitable cultivation methods of scientific research ability for medical undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities. Methods A total of 400 undergraduates from He'nan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The basic information， scientific research cognition， access to scientific research channels， scientific research cultivation， achievement in scientific research practice， difficulties in scientific research practice and suggestions of students were included in questionnaire. Results A total of 339 questionnaires were collected. The analysis of the data showed that 48.38% of students were interested in scientific research activities and projects， and the main reason for participation in scientific research activities was to improve their ability （51.72%）. Besides， students paid attention to scientific research information through online media （62.54%）， and participated in scientific research activities through the way of peer recommendation or teamwork among peers （38.35%）.81.47% of students improved their scientific research ability in scientific research activities， while 55.17% of them did not achieve any research results in their research practice at the undergraduate stage. Conclusion The medical undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities are more active in participating in scientific research activities， but their access to research ways is relatively narrow. The formalistic and passive participation is dominant in most of students. It's necessary to strengthen the publicity of scientific research significance， improve the driving force of participation in scientific research and optimize the scientific research cultivation mode， thus providing more specialized scientific research trainings for students.

随着生命科学和生物高新技术的快速发展，社会对医学领域从业人员有了更高的要求，不仅需要专业的医学知识和实践技能，也要具备高水平的科研创新能力。中医院校医学生是未来祖国传统医药卫生事业发展和保护人类健康的生力军，也是未来推动传统医学科学研究走向世界的主要力量。然而，中医院校本科生教育模式多重教学轻科研，科研能力的培养仍主要集中在研究生阶段，且医学硕士研究生需要兼顾临床实习工作和科研任务，使得研究生用于科研实践的时间也较少。……
