[摘要]针对临沂市农产品冷链物流发展存在的问题，以冷链物流和农产品冷链物流等相关理论为基础，参考相关国内外学者选取评价指标的原则和思路，构建了含有4个一级指标，16个二级指标的临沂市农产品冷链物流评价指标体系;基于层次分析法，通过定量与定性相结合的方法确定各指标的权重，根据层次分析结果，从规范行业标准、引进专业人才等多个方面提出相应的改进对策，为临沂市农产品冷链物流的高质量发展提供建议。

Evaluation System of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics in Linyi City Based on AHP

Abstract：In this paper，aiming at the problems in the development of agricultural product cold chain logistics in Linyi City，based on the related theories on cold chain logistics and agricultural product cold chain logistics，etc.，and by referring to the principles and ideas of evaluation indicator selection by scholars domestic and overseas，we built the Linyi agricultural product cold chain logistics evaluation index system with 4 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators. Next，using AHP，we determined the weight of the indicators through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Finally，based on the results of the analysis，we proposed a series of countermeasures for improving the evaluation indicator system，including rectifying industry standards，and introducing professional talents，etc.

近年來，临沂市物流产业不断发展，有着北方“物流之都”的美誉，但是一直以来，临沂市只是着重于商贸物流的发展，把发展商贸物流放在临沂市物流发展规划的核心位置。相比于商贸物流，其农产品冷链物流发展较为不足，农产品冷链物流占物流行业比重较低。本文利用层次分析法构建临沂市农产品冷链物流评价体系，通过定量与定性相结合的方法确定各指标的权重，根据层次分析结果提出相应的对策建议。采用层次分析法对临沂市农产品冷链物流评价体系进行研究，不仅有利于提高农产品冷链物流的发展水平，而且能够丰富和发展有关冷链物流评价体系的理论，对于确立农产品冷链物流评价的行业标准，指导冷链物流企业的业务运作具有十分重要的意义。
